Step 1

Choose

Pick Store Launch, Store Refresh or Monthly Care on our packages page. Ask us about the package scope if you have questions before buying. Larger projects start with a written quote.

You provide: your package choice or project requirements.

Step 2

Pay or agree a quote

Packages are paid in full at our Shopify checkout. For a larger project you get a written proposal first: what is included, what is not, the fixed price, the payment schedule and a start date. If the job does not fit our skills or your budget, we say so.

You decide: pay at checkout, or approve the proposal and pay the first invoice. Full refund if you cancel before work starts.

Step 3

Access and intake

Add velouracontacted@gmail.com as staff or approve a collaborator request, with only the permissions the work needs. On an existing store we back up the theme and work in an unpublished duplicate.

You provide: your logo, products and photos, and store access. Never your password.

Step 4

Build and check

We build in the duplicate theme and check it at phone, tablet and desktop widths, with a keyboard, and with your real products and variants. For larger projects you get a short written update each week.

Step 5

Preview

You get an unpublished preview to review on your phone before anything goes live. Store Launch is delivered within 5 business days and Store Refresh within 7 business days, counted from payment once we have your logo, products and photos, and store access.

You decide: approve the preview.

Step 6

Handover

You publish the theme when you are ready. You get notes on every changed file, how to edit the new sections, and how to roll back. Then you remove our collaborator access, or keep it if you choose a care plan.
