What we collect and why

When you contact us
The contact and intake forms ask for your name, email, store URL and the details needed for your request. Submitting a form saves the request in our hosting provider's database, accessible through owner-authorized administration tools. Our studio checks new requests every 20 minutes and forwards them to the business inbox. If capture fails, the form offers an email draft you send yourself. There is no public request-reading endpoint. We use the information only to reply, clarify package scope or prepare a quote, and keep a record of the conversation.
When we work together
Merchant-specific teardown pages use an unlisted direct link and are marked noindex. They show public product-page screenshots and proposed fixes, without recipient contact details. Anyone with the link can view the page. Accepting a scope there saves your name, email, product URL and selected written scope privately in the same request database before offering the matching PayPal checkout.
For a project we keep the written scope, invoices and project notes. Store access uses Shopify collaborator access or a staff invitation with only the permissions the work needs, which you control and remove after handover. We do not ask for or store passwords, login codes, card details or your customers' data. Theme backups made for a project are kept only as long as the project needs them, and deleted on request.
Payments
Store packages are paid at our Shopify checkout, which Shopify runs. Shopify collects the payment details and the name, email and billing address it needs for the order, and we see the order in our Shopify admin. We do not see or store card details. Shopify's privacy policy applies to the payment. Earlier quotes and merchant-specific teardown pages use PayPal on PayPal's own pages, and PayPal's privacy policy applies to those payments.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies or load third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.
