Questions
Straight answers
Which themes do you work with?
Online Store 2.0 themes, including Dawn and other themes built on sections. Older, non-2.0 themes need a closer look first, so we can tell you honestly what is possible and quote it.
Will this increase my sales?
We cannot promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We fix specific, observable problems and measure what can be measured, such as page speed and accessibility. Sales depend on many things outside the page.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. We use collaborator access or a staff invitation to velouracontacted@gmail.com with only the permissions your package needs. You can remove access after handover. Never send us passwords or login codes.
Can my live store break while you work?
We do not edit your live theme. Work happens in an unpublished copy, and you choose when to publish it. You also get rollback notes.
How do I pay?
Store Launch, Store Refresh and Monthly Care are paid in full at our Shopify checkout. Larger projects are quoted in writing first and invoiced for the exact amount. See payment terms.
