Store Launch is $499 for a new store, delivered within 5 business days. Store Refresh is $799 for a new homepage, product page and collection page on your existing store, delivered within 7 business days. Monthly Care is $99 for one month of changes. Delivery times start after payment, once we have everything listed under "What we need from you". Full refund if you cancel before work starts.

What we need from you

Your logo
Your products: names, prices, descriptions and photos
Access to your Shopify store as a collaborator or staff member. We never ask for your password.

After you pay, email velouracontacted@gmail.com with your order number and these details. The delivery time starts once we have them.

Before you buy

Where do I pay?

At our Shopify checkout, under the store name Veloura. Shopify processes the payment; we never see your card details.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund if you cancel before work starts. Email velouracontacted@gmail.com with your order number.

Does Monthly Care renew automatically?

No. The $99 checkout pays for one month of care, with up to 2 hours of changes and a monthly store check. It does not renew automatically.

Is my Shopify plan included?

No. Your Shopify plan, any paid theme and any paid apps are billed to you by Shopify or the app maker.

Will this increase my sales?

We cannot promise that. We build what the package lists and check it on a phone. Sales depend on many things outside the store design.
